Therefore, it is important to know by ear the number of revolutions just needed to move off, even without the help of a tachometer, if you have one.

Now turn off the clutch by pressing the lever all the way and stick the first gear. Gently release the clutch until you feel that the engine speed begins to fall, and the motorcycle slowly starts to move. Enough for now. Squeeze the clutch and turn off the gear, put it on neutral and do this exercise until the neutral gear starts to engage at the level of automatism. This is very important and will save you from the hassle of traffic lights and stops.
When you feel confident (as it seems to you), you can try to get underway for real. Turn off the clutch, turn on the first, releasing the clutch simultaneously remove your foot from the asphalt. That’s it, you went. Until you rush to switch further, ride in first gear, stop several times and start off again. Keep track of the center of gravity and engine speed when stopping and starting. Everything should be obtained at a reflex level, patience and diligence are needed.

First, try to click on gears from the first to the last on a not too busy section of the route, how many you have there, switch on the go-to neutral gear and catch the speed of the engine. You can learn to master the art of driving a bike endlessly, there is no limit to perfection and, having mastered the basic skills that you just read about, you will only begin to understand how wonderful it is that you have a motorcycle. And there are still years ahead of the development of various tricks, contingencies, and unforeseen contingencies, a bunch of pleasant moments, an adrenaline tank and volumes of memories of motor trips and rallies. So you will never get bored with a motorcycle.

Try to avoid falls, but never be afraid! Falls are unpleasant, they are fraught with injuries and sometimes unnecessary financial expenses. And if motor technology is not yours at all, then you can get a weighty “piston” from the owner of the motorcycle. But even professionals are falling – and without this, it is difficult to fully feel the limit of the motorcycle.
Do not forget that you need to know the measure in everything and remember the rules. As, for example, and the fact that you need to think about getting a certificate of identity with category A, honestly earn it after passing practice and exams at the appropriate levels – this has not been canceled yet! And if you can understand the technique and learn how to drive a motorcycle near your father’s garage, in the courtyard or outside the city, scaring away quails on country roads, then the official – although it’s a tedious thing — you have to go through it.
